These terms and conditions are applicable to your use of this website. By using this website and/or placing an order, you confirm that you agree to these terms and conditions.
Intellectual Property Rights
All products, audio demos, materials, artwork, graphics ans text are owned by ASL SoundLab and protected by copyright and intellectual property rights laws.
Privacy
Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. Your information will not be sold or distributed to any third party.
Refund Policy
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you would normally have the right to cancel the contract of sale within seven days. However, this does not relate to downloadable software goods once the products have been transferred to your computer, they cannot be "returned". You do not have the right to cancel an order once the product has been downloaded.
Delivery
Downloads are transferred directly from the ASL SoundLab servers to your computer.
It is your responsibility to extract the *.ZIP file to your local machine. If you require assitanct please in extracting then please contact me directly using the Contact link at the top of this page.
License Information
When you make a purchase from ASL Soundlab, you are purchasing a license to use the sounds/samples or software within your musical works. You do not have any ownership rights of over the the sounds, samples or software. The license you have purchased is non-transferable, if you’ve not purchased a license yourself, then you are not authorized to use the sounds, samples or software.
ASL Soundlab and Rob Jevons are the owner of all content, sounds, samples, software, artwork and audio demos.
ASL Soundlab grants the license holder of an ASL Soundlab product the right to create finished musical works and performances using the sounds, samples and software that comprise the ASL Soundlab product. The making of sample libraries in any form, commercial or otherwise, using ASL Soundlab audio is strictly forbidden without express written agreement of ASL Soundlab. All violations will be prosecuted to the full extent of international and local copyright law.
The license holder may only install and use ASL Soundlab libraries and software on multiple computers under the following conditions: where multiple computers comprise part of a single composition workstation for a composer; or where the Owner has two non-concurrent sites of work, for example a studio desktop and a laptop for live performance.
